Overview

Pharmissy charges a fee for facilitating a provider consultation. This fee covers the administrative costs of connecting you with an independent, licensed healthcare provider who will review your health assessment and make clinical decisions about your care.

When Refunds May Be Issued

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If a technical problem on our platform prevents you from successfully submitting your health assessment
  • Service Delivery Failure: If the consultation is not successfully delivered to a licensed provider for review
  • Early Cancellation: If you cancel your request before a provider has begun reviewing your submission

Non-Refundable Situations

Important: Once a licensed provider has reviewed your submission, the consultation fee is generally non-refundable, as the service has been rendered.

This applies regardless of the outcome of the provider's review. The consultation fee pays for the provider's time and clinical expertise in evaluating your case—not for a guaranteed prescription.

No Guarantee of Prescription

Pharmissy does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. Treatment decisions are made solely by licensed healthcare providers based on their independent clinical judgment. A provider may determine that:

  • Treatment is not appropriate for your condition
  • You need an in-person evaluation
  • Additional information or testing is required
  • A different treatment approach is recommended

In these cases, the consultation fee is not refundable because the provider has performed their service of reviewing your case.

Medication and Pharmacy Costs

If a prescription is issued, the cost of medication and fulfillment is handled separately by your chosen pharmacy partner and is subject to that pharmacy's policies. Pharmissy does not control:

  • Medication pricing
  • Pharmacy fulfillment fees
  • Shipping costs
  • Pharmacy refund policies

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our support team with:

  • Your name and email address used for the consultation
  • The date of your transaction
  • A description of the issue you experienced
  • Any relevant screenshots or error messages (if applicable)

Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
